Las Catedrales: Rocky mazes in the heart of the Natural Park of the Serranía de Cuenca

Here we will walk virtually and know Las Catedrales, a hike full of adventures and magical corners where we will find a wonderful representation of the greatness of Cuenca’s natural heritage. Las Catedrales are a unique formation of big rocky walls perforated by narrow aisles that allow the ascent to the top of a flat-topped hill. This area of the Natural Park of the Serranía de Cuenca houses one of the most important vultures nesting area in Castilla-La Mancha. In this hike we will also find some places closely connected with the history of the Laguna de Uña and the village of Uña, both located just below the rocky escarpments. This hike is a journey to the depths of the Serranía de Cuenca at a few kilometers from the capital.
