E-poster guidelines

All posters will be electronic, e-posters must be prepared in a 90x142cm vertical format and can be uploaded as ppt/pptx or pdf. Ideally, the weight of your e-poster should not exceed 100mb.

The top 30 student posters will be able to make a short presentation (5min) that will be shown together with the ppt/pptx.
As well as the top 40 regular posters, whose presentation will be 3 minutes.

These presentations can be recorded using the virtual tool offered by the Conference organizers or can be recorded by the delegate with their own means and their preferred program, and then sent to the Conference secretary (cuenca2020@viajeseci.es). All e-posters will be available for viewing throughout the Conference and may - only with the author's consent (permission of the lead author on behalf of all authors as specified in the Terms and Conditions) - be downloaded as a pdf file.
 
The deadline for uploading your poster to the Conference electronic system is August 1, 2021. To upload your poster, just go to the 'MY CONGRESS' section on this Conference website, 'What to do', 'My Assignments' and 'upload file', where you can upload your poster in ppt/pptx or pdf formats. Please note that the poster must be uploaded by the person who originally submitted the abstract for evaluation.
 
The possibility to upload a recorded presentation will not be available for ordinary posters, but you will be able to interact with the poster presenters/audience in the network area provided by the virtual conference system.
